 DAMAGE IF ANY

If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care or mail us at support@glamore.in mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

 In case of returns, we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cash back into your TheStyleManiaWallet. If you choose to exchange the item for a reason of size mismatch or receipt of a wrong item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.?

 

Please do not return any products to ThestyleMania before receiving an e-mail confirmation from ThestyleMania for the same. In case you wish to return a product, write to us at support@glamore.in within 24 hours with attached photographs of the defect/quality issue you are facing. Once we verify the damage or manufacturing defect, our Customer Service team will e-mail you with the details on how to return the product.

 All defective products are to be returned to ThestyleMania in its original condition and original packaging with the invoice and all the tags attached to the product. Please return the product with the Return ID issued to you by the Customer Service team. Safe receipt of the defective product by ThestyleMania is the sole responsibility of the customer.

 In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift associated with it and you wish to return the item, please return the free gift as well.

 We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at glamore.in

 ORDER CANCELLATION

 You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at support@glamore.in. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount.
